Use LMNT™ to give some of your favourite foods and drinks an electrolyte boost, or as a flavour enhancer for snacks and desserts!

LMNT™ Mango Chili Prawn Salad

250g peeled prawns
1 mango diced
1./2 - 1 large avocado diced
2 TBSP oil of choice (I use olive)
1 sachet LMNT™ Mango Chili
1/2 bunch coriander leaves (optional)
1 red chili thinly sliced (optional)
Fresh lime (optional)

In a bowl add avocado, mango and prawns. In a small bowl mix oil and LMNT sachet. Drizzle oil mix over the prawn salad and toss to combine. Garnish with coriander, chili and fresh lime.

Simple, fresh and delicious!

LMNT Mango Chili Salt Guacamole recipe

LMNT™ Mango Chili Guacamole

2-3 Avocados (depending on size)
2 cloves garlic crushed
Juice of 1-2 limes
1 sachet LMNT™ Mango Chili

Using a fork mash up all ingredients until desired consistency.
Squeeze of lime juice on top!

Delicious

*This doesn’t deliver a complete serve of LMNT (unless you eat the whole bowl!) but it is simply a fun & yummy way to use it.

Guac time!

LMNT™ Chocolate Salt Smoothie Bowl

150g frozen bananas
100g ice
splash of preferred milk
1 sachet LMNT Chocolate Salt
Scoop chocolate protein powder (optional)

In a blender* whiz until a thick & smooth consistency. Scoop into a bowl and decorate.

Toppings: Use whatever you like! This bowl was a bit extra so I used sliced banana, coconut yogurt, PANA hazelnut chocolate spread & PANA chocolate chips.

*I use a Thermomix™. If your blender doesn’t get the consistency quite right it also makes a delicious smoothie.

100g frozen bananas
100g frozen mango
100g ice
100ml coconut water
1 sachet LMNT™ Raspberry Salt

Using a blender* whiz until a thick & creamy consistency.

Summer in a bowl!
