How to Get Salty

LMNT can be useful in a wide range of situations—we hear all sorts of feedback from people using it in different ways.
That said, the most common routine is having it first thing in the morning, or around 30 minutes before a workout, intense activity, or when you need to be mentally sharp. One key tip: when it comes to replenishing electrolytes, it’s far more effective to stay ahead of the game rather than trying to catch up after the fact.
