🛍️ One-Time Purchases

Once your order is placed, it heads straight into our processing queue faster than a seagull spotting hot chips. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us at Dan@saltydownunder.com as soon as possible.

  • If your order hasn’t been packed or shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it.

  • If it’s already on its way, we won’t be able to make changes — but you can check our returns policy if something isn’t quite right.


🔁 Subscription Purchases

Our subscriptions are designed to keep your stash topped up automatically — with mates’ rates and exclusive perks for active subscribers.

Here’s what to know:

  • Subscription discounts only apply while your subscription is active.

  • If you place an order using a subscription discount and then cancel before your order is processed or shipped, we may update your order to the standard retail price or cancel and refund it.

  • Repeated cancellations made just to score one-time discounts may result in your account being restricted from future offers.

  • You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account or contacting us at Dan@saltydownunder.com

By subscribing, you agree that maintaining an active subscription is part of the deal for receiving subscriber pricing.
