Welcome to Salty Down Under! By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to the terms below — nothing too scary, just the stuff that keeps things fair and transparent.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.


1. General Info

Salty Down Under is an Australian-owned business that sells products through our online store. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable). We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and product details at any time without notice.


2. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you’re confirming that all information provided is true and accurate. Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our secure checkout system.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you to arrange a refund or alternative product.


3. Shipping & Delivery

We do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Shipping times can vary depending on your location, public holidays, and how beautiful it is outside (jokes!)

Once your order’s been handed over to the courier, delivery times are outside our control — but if anything goes sideways, we’ll always do our best to help sort it out.


4. Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered.
If something isn’t quite right, get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order. We’ll help you with a return, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or incorrect.


5. Subscriptions, Discounts & Cancellations

Some of our products and bundles are offered on a subscription basis — and loyal subscribers get access to exclusive discounts.

Here’s how it works:

  • Subscription discounts are only valid while your subscription remains active.

  • If you place an order using a subscription discount and then cancel before your order is processed or shipped, we may either adjust your order to the full retail price or cancel and refund it.

  • Repeated cancellations made just to snag one-time discounts may lead to your account being restricted from future offers (no one likes a sneaky sea urchin 🦑).

By purchasing under a subscription, you agree that keeping an active subscription is part of the deal for receiving subscriber pricing.


6. Cancellations & Changes

Need to cancel or change your order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, reach out to Dan@saltydownunder.com as soon as possible. Once your order’s been packed or shipped, we can’t make changes — but we’ll always do our best to help.


7. Limitation of Liability

We do our absolute best to make sure our products and services are top-notch. However, Salty Down Under isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using our site or products (unless required by law).
